1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phcah ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the phcah platform at phcah.app. phcah is an online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, bingo, dice games, and related gambling entertainment services, designed and operated primarily for Filipino players in the Philippines.

These Terms apply to all areas of the phcah platform, including but not limited to the phcah Casino lobby, slot games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, sports betting, Monster Dice, the phcah Login portal, bonus programs, and customer support interactions. By completing the phcah registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

phcah reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phcah platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to hold a phcah account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the phcah platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling law;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate or legal entity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded from phcah or any gambling platform with which phcah has a cross-exclusion agreement;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of phcah or any affiliated entity.

2.1 Age Verification

phcah conducts age verification as part of the registration process and may require additional identity documentation at any time. If phcah discovers that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposit balance will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings accrued on an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may create and hold only one (1) phcah account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering for a phcah account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. phcah relies on this information for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcah login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your phcah account access with any third party. phcah will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. phcah staff will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phcah reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phcah platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcah supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as displayed in the phcah deposit section at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on phcah is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to the phcah account wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• phcah does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• phcah reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount on phcah is ₱200, unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise specified by phcah's payment processing policy.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking hours.
• Players may be required to complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• phcah reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending verification of identity or investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the Player who holds the phcah account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phcah offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All phcah bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programs, free spins, and event promotions — are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn from a phcah account.
• phcah reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms will be voided and may result in account closure.
• Players may not combine multiple phcah bonuses unless the specific offer terms explicitly permit it.

6. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the phcah platform — including slot machines, live dealer casino games, online bingo, Monster Dice, sports betting, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino game outcomes at phcah are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. phcah does not manipulate or adjust game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game title and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.2 Bets and Wagers

All bets placed on the phcah platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded, except in cases of a proven technical malfunction. phcah reserves the right to void any bet placed on a technical error, incorrect odds, or system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's phcah wallet.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting on phcah, including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and international football markets, is governed by phcah's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately within the sports betting section of the platform. All sports bets are subject to event verification and official results from recognized governing bodies.

7. Responsible Gaming

phcah is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Filipino player base. The platform operates in accordance with responsible gaming principles aligned with PAGCOR standards. phcah recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gambling behavior.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phcah account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phcah account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may enable session timers that alert them when a preset playing duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion from phcah. During an exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the total time spent and net position during a gaming session.

7.2 Minor Protection

phcah strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21 years of age. We urge all phcah account holders who share their device with minors to ensure that their phcah account is logged out and their login credentials are kept private.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcah platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one phcah account, or using an account registered by another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that manipulates or interferes with the phcah platform or any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering or using phcah for any transaction that facilitates unlawful activity;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotions across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any strategy intended to generate guaranteed profit from a bonus;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcah staff or other Players through any channel;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions through the creation of a new account.

phcah reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct, suspend accounts during investigation, void any bets or winnings linked to prohibited conduct, and permanently close accounts found to be in violation of this section. phcah may report suspected illegal activity to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phcah platform — including the phcah brand name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, visual design, source code, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of phcah or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the phcah platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from phcah.app may be reproduced, distributed, published, or exploited commercially without prior written consent from phcah.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcah, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the phcah platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phcah platform;
• Any technical failure, data loss, or security breach not caused by phcah's gross negligence;
• Any unauthorized access to your phcah account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any reliance on information published on phcah.app that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

phcah's total aggregate liability to any Player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to phcah during that same month, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

phcah collects, stores, and processes personal data from Filipino Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at phcah.app/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phcah Privacy Policy.

phcah uses Player data to administer accounts, process payments, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, detect fraud, and improve the platform experience. phcah does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12. Amendments to These Terms

phcah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phcah will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on phcah.app, together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required, phcah may provide direct notice to affected Players via registered email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phcah platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the phcah platform and may request account closure by contacting phcah support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and phcah, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phcah's internal customer support process. Players should contact phcah support with the full details of their complaint. phcah will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal means, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
